As Coronavirus (COVID-19) has become an evolving public health issue, APWA Nevada has decided to postpone the Spring Conference. The health and safety of our members, speakers, and guests at Spring Conference is extremely important to us and will remain our primary focus moving forward.
As changes are occurring rapidly, we are looking at the earliest dates possible to reschedule; however, we will not be hosting the conference in April as initially planned. We hope you will still plan to participate in our conferrence once a new date is determined, as we are still working with all involved to provide the best quality conference experience for our members.
We suggest cancelling any travel and hotel reservations you have arranged for the April conference dates (NOTE: you can cancel your hotel by clicking on the confirmation number in the email confirmation you received from Rising Star Sports Ranch Resort).
Regarding the conference registration fees and sponsorships and booths, we are proposing to hold those funds until a new date is determined if you would simply like to wait. If you would rather cancel your conference registration immediately and request a full refund, please contact Joe Podegracz at email@example.com.
In the coming weeks, we will continue to monitor the situation and communicate with all attendees, vendors, speakers, sponsors, and other participants regarding any update plans or arrangements as soon as they are available.
